Salman Khan is the eldest son of screenwriter Salim Khan and his first wife Salma. Of late, there's been a strong buzz about Salman Khan's newest ladylove, Romanian actress Lulia Vantur. Reportedly, they've been dating for a while now. Lulia is in India and reports suggest that she is staying with Salman's parents in Mumbai.
While eyewitnesses claim to have spotted the two together, they've been careful to avoid the media glare. That ended when Salman flew in to Hyderabad for the shoot of Mental accompanied by Lulia on Thursday evening. Though the duo initially walked out of the airport together, on spotting waiting shutterbugs, they exited separately. While Salman posed, his friend Nadeem was seen shielding Lulia from the flashbulbs. And in a bid to divert media attention from her, Sallu decided to send her off to the hotel in the super luxury car booked for him. And what did he do instead? Well, he hailed a cab from the airport and hopped into it. Meanwhile, Telugu Desam Party vice-president, Mohammad Saleem, who was also at the airport at that time, had offered Salman his car so that the star could escape the chaos. But Sallu politely declined the offer and instead took a cab.

Salman Khan's shoot of Mental in Lavasa came to a screeching halt over simmering tension between action artistes from Mumbai and Hyderabad. The spat is over allegations that the production team is biased towardsBollywood performers. Trouble erupted over the weekend when 30 fighters from Hyderabad and Chennai were called in for an action sequence. Even as the crew prepared for the shoot, the group from the south realised that they were inadequately represented in comparison to their Mumbai peers. It emerged that there were only three Southern fighters for every seven from Bollywood. Even as they brought this to the notice of Salman and Sohail, it was made clear that no changes would be made to the ratio. The disgruntled fighters, some of whom had worked in the original film,Stalin, featuring Chiranjeevi, called up FWICE (Federation of Western India Cine Employees) officials in Mumbai, but only to be told that their argument held no water. Sounding a defiant note, a senior FWICE official, on condition of anonymity told TOI, "When they shoot Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam or Kannada films in Mumbai, we ensure there are more representatives from the South in every department. Their demand for equal representation is unjustified." The fighters from the South also discovered that were being paid 50 per cent less than their Mumbai counterparts. Consequentially, they dug in their heels, and refused to participate in the shoot, despite repeated entreaties from Salman and Sohail. According to a source from the film unit: "The entire sequence has come to a standstill over this imbroglio." Two senior officials -Shiva and Vijayan - from the Film Employee's Federation of South India, are in Mumbai to end the impasse. The FWICE official added: "With neither of the parties willing to budge, this has become a rather sensitive matter."

Mumbai: Salman Khan is known to be quite a tough guy. The hunk of an actor is ‘Dabangg’ both on and off screen alike. And not just that, he loves playing a godfather to many in the business or beyond.
A lot has been spoken about Salman and his alleged ladylove Iulia Vantur. Speculations are rife that the 47-year-old superstar is seeing this Romanian beauty. And the two were spotted together at the Hyderabad airport recently, a daily reported.
When Khan realized that there was an avalanche of photographers outside the airport, he asked her to exit separately. He even asked her to take his luxury car to the hotel and hired a taxi for himself.
The actor was apparently in the city to shoot for his next - ‘Mental’.
Vantur happens to be a Romanian television actress and is believed to have known Salman for over two years now.
“Salman met her two years ago during one of his trips abroad. He has always been in touch with her and now they have become extremely fond of each other,” a tabloid quoted a source as saying earlier.
Salman Khan’s fans have been desperately waiting to see their idol tie the knot. But the actor is far from taking the marital plunge. Even his dear friend Aamir had once expressed his desire to see Salman settling down. But will Salman ever decide to get married is a million dollar question!
